Built in the 1920s, the house enchants guests with its unique and peaceful setting in a magical garden filled with over 100-year-old palm trees. Several sunny and shaded outdoor dining areas invite you to enjoy long convivial meals. The large swimming pool, sun deck, and spacious lawns provide plenty of room to relax and unwind.

A bakery, butcher, and mini-supermarket for your fresh breakfast baguette can all be reached within just a few minutes.

For those who seek not only peace and relaxation but also the charm of a southern French city, art, and culture, this is the perfect location. In only 15 minutes, you can reach the beautiful old town of Nice with its cozy restaurants and boutiques, stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais by the “Bay of Angels,” or visit the museums of Henri Matisse and Marc Chagall as well as Nice’s contemporary art museum, MAMAC.

The surrounding area of Nice also offers countless highlights: the picturesque fishing village of Antibes with its charming Provençal market and exceptional Musée Picasso; the idyllic village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence with the legendary hotel restaurant La Colombe d'Or, where Pablo Picasso, van Gogh, and other artists famously paid with their artworks, leaving behind a unique collection. The Fondation Maeght is another magical destination, showcasing world-renowned art in a stunning pine forest setting.

The Côte d’Azur is not only a vibrant summer holiday destination; thanks to its mild climate, it offers leisure and sports opportunities almost year-round. Within just 60–90 minutes, you can enjoy alpine skiing in winter, while canyoning and rafting in the Mercantour National Parks are popular summer adventures. Magnificent hiking trails can be explored all year long, from the coastline to the mountains.

What to Expect

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with large windows, fireplace, and television, as well as a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, a guest WC, and a utility room with washing machine, ironing facilities, and a second refrigerator with ice maker and deep fryer for homemade French fries.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort: oven and steam cooker, induction stove, Teppanyaki grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, plenty of tableware, kettle, KitchenAid mixer, and Nespresso machine. From the dining room, you can step directly onto the sun terrace and outdoor dining area beneath the palm trees. Another large dining table is located by the barbecue area, offering beautiful mountain and sea views.

Halfway up to the first floor, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a separate sitting and dressing area, shower room, and balcony.

On the first floor, the second bedroom offers panoramic sea views — wake up and enjoy breathtaking vistas over the azure Mediterranean Sea. This air-conditioned room features a queen-size bed (160 cm), a separate dressing room, and a bathroom with bathtub.

On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a 140 cm bed, shower room, and separate WC. From the sun terrace, with views stretching over the airport all the way to Antibes, you reach the panoramic room equipped with a sofa bed, small desk, and air conditioning. It is the perfect place to relax, write, enjoy some privacy, or even sleep. The outdoor shower on the terrace is a very special highlight and our family’s favorite shower spot.
